Dr. Pam Diamond is Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Curavit. She is a Board Certified, Boston-based Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon who was affiliated with Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (MEEI) for over 30 years.  At Curavit, Dr. Diamond provides medical and scientific expertise and oversight to the design and execution of Curavit’s clinical trials. She received her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and completed her Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residency at Harvard Medical School/MEEI.

Dave Hanaman is President and Co-Founder of Curavit. Dave leads its sales, marketing, product development, and alliance strategies. He represents Curavit within industry organizations and at conferences dedicated to positively-disrupting clinical research to accelerate health, longevity, and treatments for patients. He is a proven entrepreneur, operator, and board director with successful, strategic exits to public companies. Dave graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and served as a deployed U.S. Navy officer.

With over 30 years of operational experience, Jay has successfully led global teams in life sciences and clinical research, delivering exceptional outcomes for a wide range of clients. As Curavit’s Chief Operating Officer, he oversees all aspects of service delivery, ensuring that Curavit’s clients receive the highest level of quality, efficiency, and innovation across every project. Before joining Curavit, Jay served as the leader of global operations at C3i Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in scaling operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and streamlining processes across diverse markets.

Stephanie has 25 years of leadership experience in life sciences and healthcare. Her expertise is in solution and support design, operations and program management. At Curavit, she is responsible for solution development and overseeing service delivery of all our client programs. Prior to joining Curavit, Stephanie was General Manager at C3i Solutions / HCL Tech where she was responsible for global solutions of all medical information and patient support services. She also spent a decade in pharma at Sanofi where she led multiple teams and projects across commercial and medical operations.

Kendrick has over 12 years of clinical trial experience and has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in overseeing complex clinical trials within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Kendrick is currently responsible for directing all clinical trial operations at Curavit. He brings an understanding of regulatory requirements, operational challenges, recruitment strategies, and data collection methods.

Chris is an accomplished business development executive with more than two decades of success driving revenue growth across the pharmaceutical, healthcare and life science sectors.  As VP at Curavit, Chris leads business development efforts for cutting-edge services supporting innovative clinical trial design and execution. Before joining Curavit, Chris held senior sales and leadership positions at C3i Solutions, Hitachi Data Systems, and Wolters Kluwer Health, where he managed large-scale agreements and strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies. Chris earned a BS in Pharmacy from Temple University and is a licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania.

Troy Hall is Vice President of Business Development at Curavit. Prior to joining the company, Troy held key roles at industry leading organizations including IQVIA, Wright Medical (now part of Stryker), and Johnson & Johnson. He has over a decade of experience in the life sciences with a focus on strategic development, market expansion, and sales execution. Troy earned a B.B.A. in International Business from the University of San Diego.
